general The "Who Will Be Better?" Thread

Yeah, one of these threads again. It's just a fun way to speculate on players and teams as the build up to PES 2013's release continues. As always, give a reason as to why you have selected the team/player you have chosen, and try not to flood the thread by posting every second post.

I'll kick things off. Who will be better, PSG or Juventus.

It all depends on how much Konami rate the likes of Pirlo, Chiellini and everyone else who contributed to Juve winning the title last year and Italy getting to the finals of the Euros. If they're being realistic, then Juve should really be on a par with PSG; however, I assume the likes of Pastore, Zlatan, Silva and co will be given huge stats so it's a bit of a non-contest.

City will be better than Manure.

Pirlo. Both players rely on raw technical ability and as a Liverpool fan it pains me to say Pirlo is better technically. Wouldn't surprise me if Pirlo had an OVR of about 96.

Demba Ba or Papiss Cisse?

maxy-b, you can be such a negative turk at times. Ba and Cisse were both above 75 on 2012 so will likely get a much needed stat boost for this game.

Arsenal, even if they lose RVP. Can imagine the likes of Giroud and even Arshavin will be rated highly.

Messi or Ronaldo?

Robben. IMO the better player as I don't rate Ribery too highly. Would expect Ribery to be in the high 80's while Robben is low 90's.

Liverpool or Newcastle?

I would go for Southampton, it doesn't matter though, both team will be abysmal...

Nasri or Silva ?

Hart like, he'll have huge stats to represent last season. Cech could get shredded for having a shite Euros.
