Once again I'll be using football manager newgens. This time, I've started a Brazilian striker called Figueiredo and managed to get him to 62 OVR off the bat. Signed for Cantlesir Spor. It seems you can retire at any time, which will be handy.

If you don't like the stats they give you you can press back and try again. That's what I did. I originally was going to be a speedster, but my stamina was too low for my liking, so I went to all rounder and maxed out the speed stats and gave a couple to stamina. Ended up with a 71 OA rating after a few tries.

Class finish that.

Nah, the online thing is new to BAL. That's kind of annoying as I never play online so I'll miss out on some cool things.

Getting kind of smashed in my game at the moment. We started off well with a 1-0 win on the opening day but we've lost every game since. =/

I've only started in two of those games though and I haven't played that badly, despite getting a 5.5 rating last game I didn't think I was that bad really.

Haven't played PES since 2011 and all I did was play BAL, I love it the only thing that annoyed me was the catch up bug, floaty shots under pressure and my team mates doing over head kicks from rebounded corners all the time. But that seems to be fixed for 2013 so I should have a good time with this one.


Do you till get to choose from a couple of clubs and the start or do you get thrown striaght into a club like 2012? Hope I get a Spanish club so I can play in 20 different stadiums, that would be awesome.

I just got my first red card, lol. I got an early yellow and then late on I had the ball and was about to cross only for the defender to get the ball off me just as I was pressing cross, which is also the tackle button, and I hacked him from behind and received my second yellow. Pissed me off too as I had a really good game and was a chance for my first man of the match award as the game finished 0-0.

I've got some purple umbro boots atm. Don't really like them but they boost my stats quite a bit. Anyone know what you need to do to unlock the 3rd slot in equipment?
