very similar to FIFA's Be A Pro in that you control one player in the team. but you only have one real objective, none of that silly "don't get called offside" nonsense. the mission is to win the World Player of the Year. you get the occasional "shoot more" from the manager but it isn't much.

you can play in any top league, so that is England, France, Italy, Spain, Holland, Portugal or the PES League which are made up teams and players, I like this place cause most are around your starting Overall Rating (60-69) but Eredivisie and Liga Zon Sagres are good places to start too.

you have an agent to begon with, he will get you your first team and contract, as you get more money through the contract you can upgrade and they have better connections, better negotiation skills so you can get a better contract at a better club and even help you get more appearances for the club.

that's all the basics in my opinion, not sure what the new features are but that's what it was like in PES 2012 so unless they've had a huge overhaul, that's it.

was it you that had that great Galatasaray team that I compared to my Arsenal side on FM 2011?

I know what you mean, I have taken a liking to Lorient in France (like Chelskiman has) and Napoli in Italy because of PES.

I really liked Lorient and I spent 4.5 seasons there. the link up with Gameiro and Amalfitano was amazing. same with Napoli, linked up with Lavezzi and Cavani really well, as well as Pandev, Hamsik And Inler.

strange that when I like a team like that, a key player leaves in the summer transfer window in real life. Gameiro left after PES2011 and Lavezzi has just gone to PSG so in reluctant to go back to either team now.

want to go to Ajax or Porto this year before going to a big team. maybe into Spain with Valencia or Atletico Madrid (love Atletico from PES Management)

Do your soms on Ajax (cm alongside Christian Eriksen?) and I'll try and get a Porto one up.
