Was this game worth the wait?

So, yeah, I was expecting a bit more than the game itself, but apart from that, it's OK. It wasn't as worth it as the other NSMB games, but with all these extra features added, DLC, Coin Rush, DLC Packs, this game is better than it actually was.

So, even though a thread like should've been made after the release 2 months ago, what do you think. Opinions here.

NSMBW was a lot better because of the co-op and and the Coin Battle Worlds. Plus the gameplay which easily made that my favourite NSMB game.

GameXplain was a bit biased when they said that NSMB2 was going to be the hardest Mario in decades, yet it turned out to be the exact opposite when we played it.

The question here is why 6 Worlds. Couldn't Nintendo have done the usual 8 to go with the Special World? Because that made the game too easy to beat and, yeah Kokoro, it could've been longer.

Well, I wouldn't consider it close to 3DS Game of The Year, but it was worth the wait. I was expecting a lot more than what I saw now after playing NSMBW. In complete honesty, I rate it 8/10. Not bad for a game that is also the first to have DLC.

Yeah, what I meant was more main Worlds, in this case, the normal 8. The main game took little more than a few days to complete and by using Cannons, the time halves. Sure, the main game still had a lot to offer with World Mushroom, World Flower, and World Star, but the main game was too easy for my standards.

Most people would agree that NSMBW was the best in the whole series, but this comes in a very respectable second for me. It made more into collecting the coins than the other games.

I think Worlds 4 and 7 counted as main worlds. It was just hard to unlock. Beating the bosses as Mini Mario is like, 10 times harder than doing them normally.
