I have always found Sonic to be horrid. The first Sonic game I ever played was for this one Sega system, not idea what it was called, but its games were like books. Anyone knows what it is called? I loved that system to death, but I have no idea of its name.

I had a demo of another Sonic game for Game Cube. I didn't like it either. It was extremely linear and I either didn't get it or I did but found it impossible to have fun with it.

I tried to watch the series too, but I dropped it after watching three episodes. That was back when it started airing here.

Your description of the first game doesn't really make sense, so I can't really comment. The demo you played was probably Sonic Heroes, as far as I know it was the only Gamecube Sonic game with a demo. Did you control three characters? If you did it was heroes and that game sucks. The anime sucks too.

So guys, I'm pretty sure that Andy was playing Sonic on a Leappad, not on an actual console. Dude tries to *bleep*ing judge a series on leapster shit lol.

I meant more like drawing tablet as in... Those things graphic designers use.

God if I can locate the system I will be happy.

Well, when I see Leappad I think of those PSP like thingies where you can play educational games on. Or a book which tells you about the alphabet. Sonic on an educational console is impossible. Since when would a hedgehog teach you things?

I haven't even heard of a Sonic game for the Leappad so that's why I asked.

Remove the games that I bolded and I agree with you. Sonic Heroes wasn't as great as the Sonic Adventure games, but I personally had a great time with it. I'm really glad the game kept the focus on speed and the level design was THAT bad.

Sonic Colors is what started to give me hope for 3D Sonic games after the ones that came before. Definitely one of the better Sonic games as of recently, and of course Sonic Generations improved beyond that.

I'm glad someone mentioned Sonic Adventure Battle 2 here. The best part of that game was raising those Chows (is that how you spell it?). I would spend hours training them to win races and everything. Probably the only time I found a Sonic game to be so entertaining.

I'm part of the minority that doesn't care at all for the Chaos. The Chao Garden was the only thing I never bothered with in both Sonic Adventure games.xD

Yeah, I quite liked Sonic Heroes and Sonic Colors.
