Finding Anacondaur in Calm Lands

It might be easy to find him, but I am having alittle trouble finding this beast, it is the only on I need, what section does it pop up most at in the calm lands?Also since I am going to go back to that Monster Arena again, I think I caught all the monsters in the Mt.Gagazet or whatever you call it: Grat , Bashura , Grenade , Imp , Bandersnatch , Nidhogg , Mandragona , Dark Flan, Behemoth , Maelspike , Achleous , Splasher , Grendel , Ahriman . Also is it right that I don't count the Mech Leader and Mech Defender since it won't let me capture them, I think that is why is because they are not alive so that is why.Please someone reply back

yah I just found out that I killed it before, but only with Bahamut so I didn't capture it when I thought I did, thanks though, also I have another thing to ask, to fight that Geomonster thing that Tidus wants payback for at that Bajaa Temple or something like that, it keeps on petrifying me and my people sink to the bottom and break, does anyone know an easy way or a way to find armor that blocks petrification because I need that real bad.Thanx

Yeah. Procure stone proof armour off a fiend or just customize stone proof armour yourself. You'll often receive stone related weapons/armour from fiends that use petrifying magic.

Also, it's not necessary but if you have at least one of your characters have the strength to deal 9,999 damage then you'll finish the big fish in no time.

Or just about any status, for that matter. Geosgaeno copies any status that a swallowed character is inflicted with.

Anacondaur can be found up the top right of the Calm Lands, they really don't pose a threat, even if it's your first visit.

They are quite rare but that's where I bump into them most.
