Luck, Agility and Accuracy.

IIRC, the max agility you need is 170, and if you have max luck, you only need around 30 IIRC Evasion and Accuracy

Depends on what version of the game you have.

For the NA version:
- 133+ luck guarantees criticals against any enemy and also guarantees you'll never miss.
- To guarantee evasion of all evadable enemy attacks then you'll need luck + evasion >= 255
So 255 luck by itself will negate both accuracy and evasion.

For the PAL/Int version:
- 230+ luck guarantees criticals against any enemy and guarantees connection.
- To guarantee evasion of all evadable enemy attacks then you'll need luck + evasion >= 290
So 255 luck will negate accuracy but not evasion. An extra 35 evasion would be required to guarantee evading Dark Ixions attack. That's the only battle that the extra evasion is useful for though. Up to you whether it's that important.

Raising agility beyond 170 only affects how quickly that character gets their first turn at the start of battle, nothing else. First Strike guarantees an action as soon as the battle starts making agility beyond 170 not too important.
