Boss Strategy:

Before entering this boss battle, get Yuna�s overdrive gauge full and one of the aeon�s overdrive full, or both aeons overdrive full. This helps greatly in this battle. Also, if you attack over 500 HP on it, the beast gets pushed back, but it can push you back also. If you can manage to push it off the cliff, you�ll get items from Rin. If it pushes you off the cliff, you�ll receive no AP.

First, have Lulu, Wakka, and Tidus out. Cast Haste on Lulu, have Wakka use Dark Attack to blind the beast, and have Lulu cast fire spells rapidly. Replace Tidus with Auron and use Power Break or attack regularly. Make sure the beast has Darkness inflicted at all times using Wakka�s Dark Attack. Continue to have Lulu use fire and Auron attack until the beast falls over. When he falls over, switch the any character for Yuna and summon or grand summon an aeon. Use its overdrive while it�s down to do great damage. If the that aeon dies, wait till Yuna�s next turn and summon the other aeon and use it�s overdrive. He should be dead by now, but if he still standing, have Lulu cast fire, Auron attack, and Wakka use Dark Attack and heal if necessary.

If you've built up your characters and carried them along their respective grids to a certain point..and I follow split's faq for that..he's easily beatable...
The problem is pushing him off the cliff as he usually dies for me before I can push him off..
