The diffifult part is raising an Aeon's Hp. The other stats can be raised to near max/max by increasing Yuna's stats, but Aeon Hp growth isn't effected by Yuna's once she ecclipses 9,999 Hp.

i actually use my Aeons frequently.

I would personally avoid using Aeons if you're planning on training characters on the Sphere Grid. Use them only if necessary.

if your training your characters, don't use aeons.

if your trough the storyline (beaten Yu Yevon), then use the AP trick to lvl up more quickly to avoid hours of grinding. No aeons for this either.

if your on the storyline USE aeons against bosses. USE Yojimbo to get easier Zanmato, USE them as a shield, USE them to beat Belgemine. etc...


Aeons are NOT useless.

Aeons are basically worthless considering how much they fail compared to the main party. The only problem is without Aeons Yuna is trash until she gets Holy.

But I usually try to get Holy pretty early, cause face it, using Holy in the First Seymour fight is so satisfying.

So is Energy Rain.

I prefer using Blitz Ace on Sinspawn Gui.

But back to Aeons, the one thing I usually use Valefor for is an easy win over the Sinspawn in Kilika.
