I like Wakka he was one of my favorite characters in the game i thought i was funny when wakka says

"Boom! Like happy festival fireworks, ya?" and Rikku says "You can cram your happy festival, you big meanie!

Wakka is a one of my favorite characters in the game my Favorite is Auron and Rikku tho

yes! someone tell me how to get the sigil, ive been playing blitzball for weeks and i still havent got it and i have all the overdrives am i missing something??

My opinion of Wakka:

He was a shallow-minded idiotic character who spent alot of the game bitching about his talentless Blitzball playing, or the "reasons" he hated the Al-Bhed (despite the fact that the Al-Bhed really had nothing to do with Chappu's death - it's not like they forced Chappu to use machina) and showing that he is a character who can't accept people who have different beliefs than him.
And to make it even worse, he hates a race of people that he can't even distinguish from "regular" people. Oh hooray, what a loveable guy he was.

I'm surprised Yuna would put up with a person like that. She's a little too accepting of people's faults.

At least he got rid of his ridiculous opinions near the end of the game, but it's hard to feel any sympathy for a character who acts like a moron throughout most of the game. I suppose that not every gaming character can be 100% likeable, but downright idiotic characters tend to piss me off.

To get Wakka's Mercury/Jupiter Sigil, you need to first win all of his Overdrives. You need to get them in this order.

Attack Reels - Tournament prize.
Status Reels - League prize. (Must have been in 250 enemy encounters for SR to show).
Aurochs Reels - Tournament prize. (Must have been in 450 enemy encounters for AuR to show).

Jupiter/Mercury Sigil - League Prize.

First time I played through Wakka did annoy me greatly personality wise. However after all of the pieces to the puzzle falls together I didn't think he was all that bad, I mean come on he did take Tidus in and help him out even though Lulu kind of tried to talk him out of it.

See the only CWs I can't get because for me they are incredibly frustrating is Tidus' Caladbolg and Kimahri's Spirit Lance. Butterfly Hunter and racing the chocobo make me want to scream. Yea my first few runs I didn't get World Champion because I stunk at blitz horribly but I finally got the hang of it.

Battle wise Wakka comes in handy since I think (I may be wrong though) that his TKO is the first stonetouch weapon you can buy and it comes in handy against Ochu's along the road to the Moonflow.

My opinion: He looks and dresses like a clown.

yup. that's what I don't get. He's more muscular and older than Tidus and he has lower Str and Def than him.
