Alright, so I was looking at some walkthroughs for the supposed USA version of the FFX game. There are side quests that you can do to get each characters ultimate weapon. Now my question to everyone is this: they say that these items are in locations that you must go back through the game to get but they say you need to use the AIRSHIP. I have looked all through walkthrough after walkthrough and still no mention as to where and how I get to the airship.

Can someone tell me where and when I can find the airship please? I am at the fight with Lady Yunalesca right now and she's a real tough b****! I was hoping that perhaps I could go back to the calm lands or something to get to the airship and be able to board the airship at this point but I don't want to waste the time to go all the way back through Mt. Gagazet and find that I have wasted the trip.

I really hope to get a response to this message soon so please help if you can. Thank you for taking the time to read this long ass response and sorry for the foul language. I am just really tired of hearing all of this information about getting the ultimate weapons only to find that I can not reach the airship to go back to such places as Besaid or Bevelle to get them.

I am not 100% positive but i think you get your airship after lady yunalesca. The airship is part of the story line so it is 100% impossible to miss it unless a glitch. After yunalesca you will be free to roam around and get the items needed

if u need help beating her there are many good guides at this site also she is not to to hard if u get the rite strat

You don't need Holy or certain stats to beat Lady Y.

What are your characters looking like at the moment?

Right now the characters that I use are Tidus, Lulu, and Yuna.

Yuna has just learned her spell Curaga and Lulu has just learned Death and all the -aga spells. I have tought Yuna the -ara spells using black magic spheres. Her -ara spells are more powerful than Lulu's -aga spells though. I guess I need to get everyone into overdrive like I did with the Sanctuary Guardian which should make it easier.

What really frustrates me though is that she has 3 forms, each more powerful than the last.

Any ideas? Oh and Tidus is just past the ability Hastega. About 10 levels past it.

Watch out for her Mega Death attack leave at least one character as a zombie at the end of 2nd round so they dont die. save your aeons for the third round.

she is not all that hard like Llyod said save your aeons and overdrives for the final form and try too keep zombie one one characte.here is a tip have yunalesca put zombie one all your characters heal them all but one take the person out and on the third form before her turn comes up put the character with zombie back in and he or she will not be killed by mega-death just make sure you repeat this and not use cure on them:_devil:

I also have a suggestion. Try to go back to calm lands and do the monster arena for 60x Farplane Wind to customize deathproof armor, that way she has less chance of killing you!
