[Competition] FM13 Draft League - Round 8 - Page 33

I'll be adding players in to the DB over the next day or so and then we will be ready to finally start this thing.

A couple of things:

• Some of you are not fully up to date on your drafts (Mufc_Mark | ho1mesy2011 | TheOneAndOnlyHaha), if you send me your remaining picks before we start then I will add them in but if not then you'll be going with who you have now.

• Tactics, I've been sent tactics by 4 of you so far. If the rest of you could send yours in by Monday or Tuesday then that would be great, do it however you like. You can PM me or message me on Steam (icarusabides) and send me detailed instructions, basic instructions or as some of you have already done you can send me a tactic file that I will add in. Your First XI would be really handy too unless you want your Assistant to choose the gameday team.

• I was originally planning to do this for 1 season but I'm happy to continue it for a 2nd one if there's enough demand.

• Also, this is one thing I'm not sure of but I was thinking of having a January window for you guys to trade players if you would want to, I'm not sure if it's a workable idea but I wanted your opinion as to whether it is feasible and whether or not you guys want it.

I'm up for a second season and January Transfers. I think you should have the deadline full by Sunday.

It would be fantastic if you could do a second season after this one IcarusAbides. How would you get a transfer window involved though? FMRTE?

Hey guys, the database is now done and I have tactics from 8 of you so far, I want to run a couple of tests on the database tomorrow before we start so if Mufc_Mark sends me his last picks in then I will still put them in. Tactics from the rest of you would be nice too.

One small thing - While adding the players to the database I discovered that on a few occasions players had been drafted twice so instead of redrafting I duplicated the players and added a II to the end of the duplicate so that both teams could have the player, it's not ideal I know but it seemed the quickest way of sorting it out.
