 Update Three ~ " Final Meeting " ........................................ I would like to thank all team representatives for attending our Final NeoLand FA meeting before the season begins. ........................................ Update Four ~ " Competition Information " ........................................ NEOLAND SUPER LEAGUE   NeoLand Super League Basic Review As you can see the NeoLand Super League is starting right at the bottom reputation wise. The only European Competitions below the Super League and the NL Cup is the Slovakian Super Cup. The first round of matches are on the 6th of October and the final matches on the 4th of May. This is because the NL Cup starts and finishes before the Super League starts. There will be 22 games during the normal league campaign ( teams play each other twice ) and then the top 6 teams in the league qualify for the Champions Playoff. The Champions Playoff is set up as follows. The teams that finish 1st and 2nd in the normal league campaign go straight to the semi final. Teams that finish in 3rd to 6th start in the quarter finals. This basically gives an advantage to the 1st and 2nd placed teams. Two or Three teams from NeoLand will qualify for a European competition based on where they finish in the league and their disciplinary record. Hope this makes sense? If not let me know and if you have any questions please fire away. NL CUP     NL Cup Basic Review Just think of the NL Cup as NeoLand's version of the Champions League. The principle is exactly the same with 32 teams in 8 groups with only 2 qualifying from each group. The 16 teams that qualify then go head to head in a knockout cup competition until there is only 1 team left. The Cup begins on the 4th of July and ends on the 29th of September.
