Not weak to SR, 150 Att Out-'The best attacking move in the game'-rage, is hitting the far less stacked in Uber's Physical Defense, better defensive typing, can run mixed and, ooh I dunno, Counters Ky-'The best Pokémon in the game'-orge.

That's a lot of important shit Reshiram doesn't have.

Black Kyurem seems a bit OH MY GOD 170 BASE ATTACK STAB OUTRAGE JESUS CHRIST THAT'S PRETTY MUCH THE BEST THING EVER.

I'd say the two are rather even, honestly. Outrage is rather good. Did I mention Outrage is good by the way?
Yes, SR is a huge downside of Reshiram, but it's Fire Type can easilly take out Steel types who resist Dragon and Ice Types who would tear Zekrom apart. Reshiram's abillity also helps it way more than Zekrom's as it can hit Heatran with neutral damage who resist it's Dragon Type moves and probably hold an Air Balloon making Earth Power inaffective. Reshi also gets Draco Meteor. Her only weaknesses are Dragon, Rock and Ground. She can OHKO most of Rock and Ground as they usually have monster defence, but not so good special defence. Although by not much Reshi does outclass Zekrom whereas White Kyurem beats Black Kyurem by far.
