They're only lowering their head for the attack. They like that challenge stance in Pokemon, and reminds me of sumo wrestlers. It could even be racing forward now I think about it. The other one just looks like it's giving a high-five (or doing an Ash and holding a badge up), and seems quite far from epic.

Black Kyurem is hunched forward too much, with its head too low. It looks decrepit, rather like normal Kyurem. Not to mention the fact that its huge knuckle-dragging arms and low head in both its normal art and its overdrive art make it look as though it's rather lacking in intelligence.
White Kyurem looks far more dignified, even in its overdrive pose (it's left arm just looks like it's raised to attack to me. Perhaps it's because high-fives really aren't part of the culture over here, but that imagery really doesn't occur to me).

It's arms are still disproportionately large. They are about three times the size of its legs. It looks silly, like some muscle-bound ape.

Loving the Black 2 boxart. Looks much better than the White 2 boxart. Not sure on which version to get.

I was in the same situation. Black looks better, yes. Was thinking about getting White, but... Nah.
