Actually, this is exactly what we had in mind here but the person we chose to work alongside Phi politely declined the offer.

There's a possibility this board will require more than one moderator in the future. That certainly isn't off the cards "forever," as you put it. We're always open to the prospect of giving those who show they deserve it a chance to prove themselves. Good, solid members who contribute here and across the entire site well and help promote and build the community will always be noticed and recognized. You never know when you may receive the call up!
