Dual-type moves.

I know the mechanics of the idea probably would be difficult to incorporate in the game- but I like the idea of having moves that have more than one type. Like- I think we all remember tri attack? What if instead of just changing it to a normal type move with 3 possibilities of status affect, why not make it have 3 types? It could also bring some flare and something new into pokemon games. I know this would make it less easy for the younger players- but it could make it more exciting for the older gamers. What do you think?

Yeah- I guess so. Saying that, I am known to think of things that are far too complex for my own good haha... Like having 6v6 fight (all are able to attack all) when I was about 10, then realised that it would probably not happen. I was shocked when the added the 3v3 battles but pleasantly surprised .

This will never happen in the next 10 years. After that, maybe as Game Freak may have run out of ideas to "improve" on the main series games.

Duel type attacks would be much too confusing. They'd make every attack have neutral effectivity, pretty much.

Hell you know what, I'd be aight with this.

As long as they kept the super effectiveness limited to x4 and likewise for not very effectiveness.

x8 effective moves are too far.

No thanks... It would be confusing and mess up the entire move system in terms of weaknesses. Would probably mess up the weaknesses and strengths of Pokemon since basically, it would give every Pokemon at least 1 more weakness and makes moves that had no effect possibly have a effect.

No way , this cant happen . It'll add another couple months to fixing things up and the balance will really change and so will competitive battling .
