Best bow and arrows

I started to become an archer and I was wondering what the best arrows are and bows are and how much they are. I am currently useing the shortbow and chitin arrows and iron arrows (i think the iron is right?) O well. Can you tell me?>????

it seams that when ever I shoot the bows at people that it doesn't hurt. I have a lot of arrows from joining the fighter's guild.

Arrows are also more effective at a distance. Don't get into a melee match at pointblank range.

to make money do quests and sell things, it's that simple

but you can get your skills up by a number of ways

1) train naturally...just find alot of arrows and keep shooting a target (sometimes you will get arrows back after looting bodies)

2) find a trainer (they can be found anywhere, mostly in towns or faction headquarters, look around and ask)

there are many more ways, some include cheating but the two above are the common ones within Morrowind

i noticed something weird with the bows when i go to shoot i miss most the time and im aiming directly aat them and my marksmen is preaty high its probably in its like 70's what is up with that?

it is just something that happens. My marksman skill is 95 and it sometimes happens to me. It just happens.
