Just to say ... if you are good in illusion, you can use frenzy humaniod on a char and it'll increase the chance of them attacking you ... this spell is found in Sadrith Mora in the Mage's guild place, the dark elf woman is the one to talk to

You can also be successful by getting there dipostion up first and taunting them. If it goes down just use more money. Don't be afraid how much you use, you will get it back when you kill her.

Or do what I do since I'm amazing at marksman skill. I take a crossbow from long range and shoot the person 9 times out of ten the crime isn't reported.

I don't find the amulet of shadows usefull Yeah it is so far the most powerful chameleon enchantment, but still.
