So that's what the indicator means under the target's portrait. Thanks. The use of radar trying to spot your target or pursuer, do you have to acquire an ability to use that? I'm only at Level 7.

Yes, there's a few abilities that will help you reveal and identify your targets/pursuers that you can unlock and purchase.
