I hope there's not too much emphasis on the frontier. I never liked the countryside parts of the previous AC's (Brotherhood and 1 spring to mind), much preferred jumping across rooftops in the likes of Florence and Rome.
You know what's funny?
I never liked the open world of traveling from city to city in AC1 and 2, well, 2 was not bad, only had that long bridge part, that I accidentally walked over once, but never again, and you only would come across that when going with Leonardo on a bandwagon, and have an awesome chase, but I once accidentally walked all the way over that road, man that was boring, and stupid without a horse, never again..

But I always liked the open world countryside of Red Dead Redemption.
I never felled like exploring that big open area in AC1, just wanted to go quickly to the cities, and when fast travel is unlocked I just use that to get there, but in Red Dead I never felled that, I just liked to travel through it, enujoying the ride, and just see what could happen during the trip.
I think it had somehting to do with the beautiful enviroment that Red dead gived, sometimes you would just stand on top of a cliff and just overlook an area below stretching miles ahead, with somewhere in the far distance a little village or town settlement, or watching the sun sett through the clouds, and anything could happen, random encounters, or going hunting on animals.
Atleast that part is somehting that would be in this game, hunting, combined with free running over trees, surprise buttsecks enemies and stuff.
I especially like forrest enviroments, and in this game using the enviroment of the forrest as an advantage to sneak or attack enemies.
I hope that plays out rather fun.
Although, even though Red Dead had a big forrest enviroment, I never liked to go there, because everytime, a bear surprise buttsecks you from behind.
If it wasn't for the constands feeling somehting big is heading your way, especially from a direction your not looking at, I would probably like to walk there and enjoy the peacefull forrest enviroment.
I wonder if that's also the case in this game, where animals surprise buttsecks you all the time.
