	several years back, a friend of mine, who was also my flying instructor in australia, lost her life in a mid air collision. to add insult to injury, the other plane survived. -------------------

	I lost my grandfather a few years ago. It was easily one of the worst days of my life. Why don't you tell us about your friend? How close were you? Where did you meet him? Your post was rather brief. Are you okay? -------------------
