The Wiki Super Admin team is coming to the general crowd to try and get a few answers and a few opinions towards the NeoWikis as a whole right now. I hope you'll take your time and help us out. =D Thanks! We are working with the entire wiki team, including Wiki Leaders and Wiki Moderators, to bring the wikis to a more reader-oriented fashion. What do you guys think about the overall state of the NeoWikis right now? Is there anything you feel should be changed? We're open to all feedback. Right now, we want to hear what you think of everything you know related to the NeoWikis. We'd like to know how much you all use them, if you ever see yourself using them, and if not, then why? Would you ever contribute to a NeoWiki? Why or why not? What do you think of the current aesthetics on the wikis? If you want to see some examples of our wikis, check these out: Mario (older skin) Fire Emblem (newer skin - more customizable; currently being beta'd publicly) Legend of Dragoon (newer skin) Pokemon (older skin) Magic the Gathering (older skin) White Knight Chronicles (older) Thanks guys! 	I'm always sad when the WKC wiki is left out I know that people worked really hard on it, and still continue to edit it. I use that wiki frequently to know where to get items. I can type any item in, such as "rainbow cannon" and I'll know which monster drops it, what quests reward it, and which level quests to find it. I would really like to see some of the more advanced contributors help out with organization and design: our WKC wiki looks pretty plain compared to those you listed, Symphonic Abyss. The other problem I've noted, is you have to search for an item with the exact spelling. For example, if I type in "godess cotton spores," I'll get 0 results. If i type "goddess-cotton spore," I'll get what I'm looking for. I guess it would need a better search engine. I have done minor edits to the wiki, but I'm not very tech savvy so I've never made a page. ------------------- Currently playing Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen and Guild Wars 2.

	It's not that hard Adrienne! It's as simple as just adding text and hot linking an image. Now if you want to start creating tables an such that's a different story. Feel sad that it's being left out? Advertise it! Forums, Facebook, twitter. Get the name out there. The more you do it. 	ive never really done more than take one or two glances at the wikis when they first came out. just not interested in them, i guess. if i need to look for information on something, id just google it. if a wiki comes up in the hits, its always wikipedia at the top. -------------------

	Adrienne - Regarding what you mentioned about the WKC wiki looking a little bland, it's because (off the top of my head), we're still using Toro, the old skin, and it doesn't have a NeoTheme, which is the only way to customize Toro NeoWikis in terms of design, and even that's rather limited. And if you ever need help, I recommend checking this page out. =) It's our wiki FAQ. Mystic Aurora - Let me say first off that I agree with Adrienne's point. I'm not sure how you can argue over factual information - it's there and that's that. I understand what you're saying though; I have seen these arguments and I don't understand them. Towards what you said about Wikipedia, we try not to do things like that. If you're working on a wiki alone, you're free to decide stuff by yourself, but if you have a question, the wiki supers are the head guys in charge to talk to. =) And you can contribute anything you want! Just write it up, stick it there, and if you don't want to learn formatting and all that, someone else can help you out. hiigaran - Yup, I get that. If you're not interested in them, that's cool. 	Honestly the only Wiki I ever use is the NeoWiki. If I ever want info on some series, there's more established Wikis out there. Regardless, while I have no ideas of my own, I want to see people coming with original ideas that will distinguish Neoseeker's Wikis from the rest. -------------------

	I'm with hiigaran and Saga on this one as well. If a question ever comes up in a game and I need help, I just go to Google out of instinct, and Google what I need. If a Wiki pops up in the search results, usually it's a more establish wiki, and not one of Neo's. Much easier for me, than having to go through a NeoWiki, and pinpoint the information that I needed. To go off of that though, it would be nice if they were more accessible. I'd like to see a main page (if there is something like this, I can't find it) with a list of all of the NeoWikis, in any kind of order. And then preferably I'd love a link in my user bar (on top, where it has my user name, NeoPM, Friends, Notifications, my.neoforum) that will take me to that main page. Also, just a bit of feedback/question on the newer skins. When I click the Neoseeker logo on the top, why doesn't it give me a list of Top Wikis and All Wikis like the older skins have? The pop-up comes up, and says "Top Wikis" and "All Wikis" on respective sides of the pop-up, but there's nothing else there. Is that being worked on? ------------------- last . fm

	Yes, Wilheim Ryan. As I mentioned, it's in a beta stage, but it's still being implemented in some places due to the nice design. Since the majority of our wikis have Toro (old skin), we're trying to make sure that's not broken, but we're also easing into Bluebird (new skin). This page is a good list - it goes from most pages to least pages on a wiki. It's a bit complicated to find, but I'd be up for the user bar idea. Maybe you can suggest/request it in the Site RFS. I do like the idea, so I'd definitely support it haha. Yeah, we're working on the point that everyone else is bringing up! With a small team though, it's more difficult than you'd imagine. We're getting there! We have a few wikis that are definitely some of the best out there - White Knight Chronicles, Final Fantasy, PES and MTG to name a few off the top of my head.

The neoseeker wiki is only second to the Japanese masterwiki for the game. People use it. A lot. What I meant is when wiki staff mention successful wikis, they leave out wkc. 	Going off what Wilhelm Ryan said, a "wiki search" feature implemented alongside the "Neoseek" feature at the top of the website would be an idea. When searching and selecting where you would like to search in the drop down (Forum, posts, product, etc) the option for "NeoWiki" would also appear. ------------------- "Run you clever boy, and remember"
