I apologize if I missed anyone else on the notifications. But I felt like I should do this. I want to give a big thank you to the Neo writing staff. Neo has changed over the years I've been here for the past 10 years. When I first came here, it had a big emphasis on hardware and the forums, with not too much on gaming. And while I will always be nostalgic for it, the main page was quite ugly. And frankly? Neo wasn't well known to the rest of the gaming world. Still not too much known.


But I believe the hard working staff of writers and reviewers are changing that. You guys make well written, well informed, and professional articles and reviews. And you do it not just for games, but you stick to the roots of this site with hardware and software reviews as well. It's to the point where I could be on Neo alone and get my gaming and hardware news without missing anything.

i want to shout out and thank you. And ask you keep up the hard work.

We really do love seeing you guys comment and receiving tips (Thanks Shadow of Death and nnnddd101010!), and we've actually noticed a few more Neo members participate in the front page discussions over the last few months. That's a victory for us. Neo has this huge community, and we've always tried to lure you guys over to the front page stuff. Of course, some of you Neonites seem to enjoy commenting more than others... lookin' at you, Mystic Aurora. ;D

Hey guys, as a new face to Neo and as just a part-time writer I can't tell you how cool it is to see the community get excited about what's going on on the front page. We're kind of a three-headed ogre in terms of what we want to do on the front page and how we want to do it, but really it's all for naught if you guys aren't enjoying it.

Seriously, every time someone leaves a comment on one of my stories -- I'm reading it, replying if I've got something to say, or otherwise just psyched about any and all discussion going on. Your feedback and discussion matters. Hell, the more participation on the front page, the more likely it is we can continue its evolution -- producing continuous quality news and features.

If there's something you guys want to see more of, let us know and we can work on it. Neo's a community first, and if we're not keeping that in mind we're not doing it right. Basically, we can provide the portal, the doorway, the welcome mat, the window between Neo and the greater internet, but it will be the community that brings in and hooks new users. Your comments and discussion are just as important as the articles themselves. This is internet-science I'm talkin' 'bout here!
