Need White Noise to Sleep - Page 2

I can never sleep without some noise. I always use my fan for that noise. However, I can't really sleep with music on or anything like that.

I can go to sleep with anything, really. Silence, dogs barking, music playing... if I'm tired enough I will sleep. Guess I'm lucky in that regard. One thing I would say though is that my desktop computer is on in here 24/7 so I always have the slight hum of the fan. It's massively noticeable on the odd occasion when it has been off and it did feel a little weird trying to sleep without that background noise I must say. It didn't actually prevent me sleeping though.

I dont know, the smallest noises drive me mad. I can't sleep if there is a ticking clock. I begin to just concentrate on the ticking and it drives me.mad. I need silence.

Insomnia prevents me from sleeping too much. I'm lucky if I get an hour but when I'm sleeping I NEED either a fan running or white noise playing. Silence drives me insane and I can not sleep at all. Darknet it may be from ADD or ADHD in my case that is keeping you from clearing our minds. Thanks for the 12 hour clip that'll help. 

I always sleep with the TV on, and watch Cartoons on Boomerang, and fall asleep doing so.

I can't stand totall silence or darkness, makes me nervouse, and hearing myself breathing in and out annoys me, I need some noise, and if I don't have somehting to look at to distract me, I might start thinking over random stuff or memories, and all kinds of subjects pop-in and out, keeping me awake.

Usually the TV helps, if there isn't a TV, then hopefully some good Comic Books or somehting to read is around, so I can read up somehting until I get tired enough to turn around and fall asleep.

I can only fall asleep with no problems if I lay warm and comfy enough, while also feel tired, like your body is kinda giving signals that you should lay down and relax for a bit.

I'm weird, because television puts me to sleep. There will be times when I'm watching a movie about 10-11pm and I will force myself to stay awake, but I end up falling asleep anyway.
