Water Stone & other stones.

Where do I find them? o3o

I did come across Keiji at some point in the game and he gave me 1 Water Stone, 1 Fire Stone and 1 Thunder Stone for free. xD

Well, that is true that a travelling merchant would come by to offer the Stones. Pretty expensive if you ask me - 5000 coins.

I bought the Moon Stone for Oichi's Jigglypuff.

In the kingdoms that have mines in them, put warriors that have high strength together and when you gain the ability to delegate, have them 'develop' those kingdoms. They'll do the mining with probably little chance of failure, and if they have very high strength, it'll make a fair amount of money each time, sometimes up to two or three thousand gold each time. With the possible time between each visit by that merchant, if she rolls through once in a while, you can build up a lot of reserve cash unless you're buying a lot of items, in which case, I'd recommend keeping ten thousand gold on hand at all times. That's just me though.
