game re: RE6 Creature Tournament - And the Winner is: Ustanak

Welcome to the RE6 Creature Tournament! This tournament will feature a total of 16 creatures from the RE universe and pit them against each other on a 1v1 deathmatch. The winner of each match will advance to the next round until one creature is left standing.

The rules are simple: each week will feature a new matchup and your votes will decide the victor. Justification is not required, but feel free to tell others why you think one would win against the other. Everyone is welcome to vote, and you can post your vote in this thread. Winner of each round will be announced on a weekly basis followed by the next match-up.

I'm assuming we're talking about knife wielding J'avos? If so then the zombie would win hands down - the J'avo's aren't particularly clever so won't necessarily aim to stab the head, and zombies can take knife stabs as if they were mosquito bites....zombie leaps on top of J'avo, bites the shit out of it's face, it won't even get a chance to mutate.

Zombies Good old zombies, doesn't matter what gets in their way, they will always win (unless they face us, as in us I mean Neo-members and me).
They would so win against J'avo, since all J'avo like to do is lick their swords and wait awhile until they attack, zombies would totally just attack them up start.

FYI, you could get a nice looking and easily set up tourney bracket using Challonge. theres even a way to embed them into forums and auto update when you make the changes on the site.

Just tried it, can't figure out how to do the two-sided bracket assuming there's a way to do it.

Well that's disappointing considering almost all sport tournaments uses 2-sided bracket.

its more a minor inconvenience than anything else.

I also think that J'avo would win just because of the slightly higher intelligence and the ability to coordinate each other. Round 1 ends with Zombie advancing on a 4-2 advantage.

Next matchup:


Strelats: one of the cocoon-hatched mutations, Strelats is dangerous at close range as well as from afar. It has a full arsenal of deadly weapons to go with its rapid movement speed.

Zombiedog: fast, vicious, and resilient, zombie dog is one of the most troublesome foes in the RE world. One wrong move against this beast could easily result in death.
