	You have to unlock it first in Bustin' Out mode.Once you have the scooter you can trade it in for a sweet looking car once you unlock that car.

	how do you get it in freeplay mode? do you buy it in the menu. my brother does the bustin out mode and he has that car.

	on the bustin' out mode you get it completing a goal (getting a job). but i want to know if it is possible to buy on free play mode.

	No, you can't have a scooter or car in Free Play mode.You'll have to stay in your house.Unless if you try to do a cheat to let you drive a car or ride a scooter.

	It's not exactly a self cheat.You'll need an Action Replay or Game Shark in order to do it.I'm not sure what it is but I heard about the AR/GS cheat somewhere that will let you drive it yourself.The bad thing about it, is that if you enter any AR/GS cheat you wouldn't be able to save your Sims data.So it's probably best to not do it.
