For me, it would have to be the teleporting hack, where the hacker teleports the entire enemy team to a certain location. My team's only counter was to cook a grenade the whole time, wait for the teleport, then release. He wasnt invincible, so he was killed in a couple multi-kills. 	When I ran into one I killed em once by mistake cuz I was shooting in a crowd. That was the last death he got didn't realize he was invisible till he was doing a MOAB and I was his last death for him to get it.
