Is CCS allowed? The reason I am asking this is because I found numerous codes on how to change a links color when you hover over the. I tried them all but none seemed to work. So if this is allowed can someone tell me how to do it please?

Edit: Nevermind, I just saw that it is not allowed to change anything out of your box.

Well, can someone help me then? I have tried to put in codes but it didn't do anything. BTW the code was to change the link color when you hover over it.

Put that in the beginning of your NeoHome. Remember to replace the "HEX COLOR"s with a color code to your liking. The attributes, like "a: hover" are pretty logical.

It didn't work. I put the code in exactly and only changed the Hexcolor. But nothing changed.
