I think so. Maybe there are some other complicated attributes aside from the default ones to make the scrollbar change hover color. I think I know where it is, let me check it. I'll post the code if I find it.

I tried looking for it, but I couldn't find it. I don't think this is possible, but maybe it is. I'm not sure, but I think I have the code, but I'm only basing myself on logic.

I think that if you add an extra attribute, like:

or

scrollbar-arrow-hover: #F23456;

I'm not sure. Just logic. Try it and try some other similar things to see if it works out.

That's a little bit much information. He just wants the scrollbar, not an entire table.

How do you nake a scroll bar? Look at my NeoHome now. I want to make a scroll bar for my Profile and the Pictures I have now.
I don't want them to be seperate.
