forums Is this avatar against the rules?

It's been a while since I've asked a question here, as I'm taking a break from using the forums until my PM suspension ends.

I was browsing the Bowser's Inside Story forum and clicked on the "Final Boss" thread. The OP (pokemonmaster95) has KINGX2's old avatar. I know that "borrowing" mod/supermod/admin avatars is against the rules, but is0 he violating the rules for borrowing old mod avatars?

It doesn't matter if someone uses an avatar, but as soon as they impersonate a mod/super/staff/admin, that's where the problem occurs.

edit: the forum rules *used* to say something about impersonating a mod, guess it got removed.

Point was it isn't against the rules to use the same avatar when its just public domain images, obviously if someone crafts an item from scratch and marks it and you crop it up for your personal use then someone is going to have an issue with it. Same applies to signatures and whatnot although most people are bright enough not to walk into G&A and run around jacking images like it's a shopping spree.
