Here's some guidance on passwords taken from elsewhere:

• Could be changed on a frequent basis. Consider changing passwords at least once every few months.

It may seem difficult to remember, but it was actually comprised from a sentence: This 1s my password! Guess me if U can.

If your password is a dictionary word, a common sequence or appears in a list of top 100 actual passwords typically used you should change it immediately.
