Hello there.

I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues. It is likely your email provider, Hotmail, is erroneously filtering the emails from Neoseeker as "junk". I firstly recommend that you check your junk inbox and see if they're appearing there.

If this isn't the case, you should try explicitly adding the Neoseeker email addresses to your "safe" list. To do this:

1. Sign in to Hotmail and click Options -> More Options in the top right:
   
   
   
   
2. Click the "Safe and Blocked Senders" link under "Preventing junk email":
   
   
   
   
3. Click "Safe Senders" which is option one on the next menu:
   
   
   
   
4. Enter "neoseeker.com" (without quotes) into the input box and hit the "Add to list >>" button:
   
   
   
   
5. Your safe senders list should now look like this on the right:
   
   
   
   
6. Go ahead and re-request your details by putting your email address into the password request form.

Please give it a few minutes after adding Neoseeker to your safe senders list. Sometimes the emails take awhile to come through.

In the meantime I've sent you an email myself confirming the account name attached to that email address, which may help you with logging in to your account.
