account I can't change my E-mail and I really need to delete another account!

So, I need to delete this account halyle, because it has an old E-mail and I don't need it.
And, I can't change my E-mail. I really need help with this!

You can't delete an account created on Neoseeker. The only thing you can do is forget about it. Don't worry, all of your information will stay private.

As far as changing your email, did you follow all of the steps listed in the 'Change Your Email' page? Where exactly does the problem occur? Do you have access to the email account in question?

Ah I see. Then you can't remember the password for the Neoseeker account and I assume you don't actually have access to that old email?

I think the only option left would be to contact someone on the staff about it. I don't know if it is truly necessary though as nobody can see it anyway. Is there a critical issue that demands the email must be changed at this point?
