wow. i cant post after myself? what if I wanted to bump my thread so it ranked higher and more people saw it? and I was the only one posting?
I think you mean that doubling a post verbatim as in I posted this exact message again. i dont think posting after yourself is against the rules, as long as it's not the same exact message as before
Bumping your thread is all-right... If it's been several days. You posted 4 times in 20 minutes, with no other person in the middle.
You should familiarize yourself with Neoseeker's
rules before saying you don't think it's against it's against the rules, because I hate to be the one to break it to you, but it is against the rules... Each forum has it's own set of rules, and you should have familiarized yourself with Neoseeker's rules when you signed up.
EDIT:

Secondly: yes, age is shown on your profile unless otherwise specified, not to mention on many sites you cannot be a moderator unless you are of certain age. because maturity and higher reasoning is directly connected with age.
Thirdly: It's not the fact it was deleted, I could care less. it's the fact that I thought it was unjust. It is my opinion and I believe that I was censored for no real reason. I was engaged in conversation with the thread creator that in no way, shape, or form was damaging to the subject of the thread itself. I come online to have fun, to talk with a variety of different people, not to be strictly monitored and admonished when I stray from the main subject briefly. we all stray from the subject every once in awhile, in fact, the creator of the thread brought up the subject of someone reporting her, so doesn't that constitute it being on topic? just because the subject says "this" or "that" doesn't mean that it MUST stay STRICTLY on the subject or it's against the rules. Even though she does not own the thread itself doesn't mean she cant change the subject. because she created the thread and has the right and power to change the subject. What this all comes down to is that it seems that we're all just getting a number here and that we're all ruled by an iron fist that tells us when we go off subject of our own threads!!
I live in America where freedom of speech, press, and religion rule over anything else. Though it may not seem apparent. I do respect rules, but I also exercise my rights freely and I am doing so now by saying I now feel that this site is just a bit to oppressive with some of it's rules. Really, is this any way to run a site? making everyone tense and angry when they are reported for no real or obvious reason. I mean even "ok =)" was reported and found as spam when it related directly to the thread!! all I'm saying is to become slightly more lax about things. because living in a strictly monitored world is no way to live at all.

We all come online to talk to a variety of people and to have fun, but Neoseeker's IIRC, General Discussion (Off-Topic only), PM, etc. can be used for that. For the record, a topic must remain on topic at all times, sure, you can go off-topic a bit but add something on topic at the bottom of your post, and even then that's pushing the border. She also can't change the subject buddy, not after several replies. She must create a new thread in the appropriate forum to do so.
Secondly, you live in America, good for you, I do too. However, Neoseeker is a privilege, not a right. Neoseeker is also owned by Howard Ha, a.k.a. Redemption, and Neoseeker Headquarters is located in Canada, so if anything, we are forced to abide by Canadian law, not America's, Colombia's, whatever country you live in, law. Read
Mishtram's Neo-Home for more details.
Finally, Neoseeker's moderators are based on maturity and responsibility, not by age. If you think ALL 13 year olds, or even 11 year olds for that matter, are immature, then you are just another stereotyper who needs to learn the facts.
