Multiplayer troubles

Same here. I'm on my iPod, and my friend has an iPhone, yet we can't connect and play on our server. How could I fix his?

It requires Wi-Fi, you can't play with Blue-Tooth. Hopefully in the future they will add support for non-lan play, but until then it's only for Wi-Fi.

I have no problem with multiplayer. Maybe you can look for a new update. If this doesn't help then sorry I have no idea:D

I think I got it first reset minecraft (make sure to make a backup)

Delete the whole file/game

Then redownload

And get all the hacked stuff out

Like Hex editor, PocketInvEditor.....

Help I can't connect to my friends server it says cannot connect to server and were on the same wi-fi.

Are you using the same edition of Minecraft PE? We noticed that it has to be the same version to play. For example Minecraft PE cannot connect with players on Minecraft PE Lite and vice versa. I hadn't confirmed, but niece said if one player lacks an update then they can't connect either.
