They say it's for cmr04 but you can enter just a 4 digits secret access code while my cmr has a 5 digits code.
Of course it doesn't work.

Ok, there are no codes that work on all versions of the game. Codemasters made it so each game has unique codes.

Although that link above doesnt work, this one does... I know because I downloaded the program just a few hours ago and used it to unlock everything.

You need to download the program, unzip it, run it... then get the secret code from your game (as detailed above) and enter it.
