	If there's one dog, there will be many.. Plus cats, birds, squirrels, you know the occasional city/suburb animal. Maybe out in the rural areas we'll see cows, sheep, goats on fenced in farms, or possibly some deer/elk darting across a Mt. Chilliad freeway during a police chase or even a cougar/bobcat out in the sticks stalking a drug deal going down. Of course I wouldn't expect a hunting/skinning option[maybe some achievements], but to leave those animals out would tarnish much of the 'immersive' gameplay for me and maybe many others. ------------------- I am a monument to all of your sins..

	I could see dog fighting being a minigame option, but I wouldn't bet on it just because of the controversy it may cause. I would guess the dogs would be more like NPCs, appearing in cutscenes but not really interactive. But, if I do find some yuppie walking her dog in some fancy part of the city, I may be inclined to run them down with my car. -------------------

	Yeah Benzies pretty much confirmed there would be other wildlife. There should definitely be Cougars up in the mountains, I'm hoping for some Bears too, not sure if you get them in Cali though. I expect you'll find Dogs all over the place, guarding farms, gardens, being taken for a walk down the beach, etc.

	I don't think they'll have dogs domestically in the game. I'm sure they'll have many in the wild as well as guard dogs - where you as the player won't get 'offended by a dead dog'. Just saving their arses really.

	I wouldn't be surprised if there is an outrage because you can kill Tyke the Dog, or other animals. Suppose the next stop would be to have kids in game that you can kill.

Now they've obviously overcome whatever it was that stopped them from making animals, putting them in the wild but not in the cities would feel more wrong than not having them at all. 	If i see any NPC's abusing a dog in this game the ol' pump action is coming out. Infact yeah, thats a new mission of mine. Im gonna cruise looking out for peds being dicks to animals and teach em lessons. (Good excuse for a rampage i suppose). I really hope to own a dog in this. One i can take hiking, out for trips in the car and just generally exploring in the woods. And hopefully ones who will defend me from muggers, gangsters and ofcourse OTHER mean dogs. If that Black rottweiler is a player pet i forsee an emotional dog death scene and follow up revenge mission.

	Police dogs would make it nigh on impossible to escape from the police on foot unless you manage to crawl through tons of ditches, and able to outrun them. On another note, I wouldn't mind traffic laws. And instead of getting a gun pointed in your face for assault, you just get a fixed penalty notice...

	Having dogs for such a big game would be fitting, you could get your own and have it roll around with you or even help you in some cases.
