general lights camera action

ok HERE is what i mean and we all have seen it in GTA 3 and the folloing games WHEN you jump in a car like say a RANCHER in GTA VI GTA BOTG AND GTA TLAD it may have a roolbar and light bar Y do the LIGHTS ON THE ROLL BAR NOT WORK ?i mean we have cars like the O what is it the mustang coba 80s look with the 4 lights on the grill and THOES lights do not work ither SO y add a COOL LOK if they are only ther to be looked and and not beable to be used . .

i mean think of how COOL it would be to have a COOL 4x4 like a RANCHER with working lights on the light / roll bar also they would and SHOULD light the way a LOT MORE then stock headlights AFTER ALL they are make to light the dark country road SO you can c far far ahead LIKE a RALLY CAR LIGHTS y not have them wok as such .
