Are rockstar painting themselves into a corner?

lots of folks bash me for saying this BUT.

i agree i want new cities and think of this and to those bathers / flamers out there WHO CARES IT IS A NEW CITY.

i live in Texas with 3 HUGE cities DALLAS / SAN ANTIONEO and HOUSTION.

manys say WHAT CRAPPY IDEAS but think of this Dallas has many gangs and is one of the biggest cities in the states also has one of the 3 or 5 busiest airports .

also sanationeo THIS is the world headquarters of THE BANDITEOS moter cycle club and also has many Mexican Americans in it THIS i think would be a great city .

here is Y think of playing a Mexican American like ole caesar in GTA SA you could go back and 4th to Mexico and San Anton.

HUSTON is another city it is monster big and very congested also has many big oil companies like SHELL/EXXON/ and so on this would be a fun city to go in.
as far as others how about GTA HAWI
