Well, I don't think you can even say "maybe" to the second. Valve has sold countless packages of their games, no doubt they'll do it for this as well.

Certainly not has Half-Life 3, but it may have been better in some ways if they went ahead and released it as Half-Life 2: Aftermath like the original plan.

Come to think of it, I could just see Valve releasing all the episodes as "Aftermath" as they've already used the name "Half-Life Episode Pack" in their recent release.
