I doubt it, and if it runs it'll be something like low settings 800x600. Your RAM really isn't enough either. It'll stutter every single time you enter a new room. Trust me, I used to play this game with 512MB's of RAM.

A X850XT PE, a 6800 GS or a (faster) 7600 GT offer the best bangs for the buck. I'd say, get another 512mb's and you'll be fine for now. I'd recommend getting a new CPU too, your's will bottleneck most new hardware. AMD Athlon64 3000+'s and 3200+' offer a great bang for the buck too. Thought I'd recommend it to you, incase you decide to really pick up PC gaming.

Yes, although I would recommend getting another 512mb's of RAM. Your processor isn't really what I'd recommend either but it'll run it anyway.

I can't get the settings on Doom 3 high enough to slow down my PC. I wish I could set my resolution to 1400x1050 though. My PC:

Barily runs on PC. FPS drops everywhere, almost unplayable with COOP or anywhere when you go into Hell.

Hi, I've had Doom 3 for a while, and it was stuttering a fair bit when playing it. My FPS in the top right was averagin 10-15! It should, apparantly, be up to about 60...

Can someone help me try to fiddle the settings of it so it runs more smoothly?

I'm not sure where to get any of my system information to post up here, can someone tell me where to find this?

umm thats pushing it, you might be able to run it on the lowest quality with maybe 10 fps thats just too slow i would recommend at least 2 ghz and a better video card!!!!! ram is ok...

As I say, currently the game is running on 10-15 FPS when it should be 60-70, thus it gives a jumpy picture.

If I can tweak settings to render this problem, please help me.

Umm, I don't currently have my Doom 3 computer up and running so I can't really look into the setting available but you could get a program (such as Powerstrip) that boosts your system performance, not really sure how... just know that if you push it too much it will overheat. I will check my doom computer and get back to you,, it is in the shop atm.

But are my System Specifications up to standard?
