	Stay at Gateshead - League 2 isn't that much better than the BSP. If you sign a couple of good youth rejects and perhaps bring in a loan or two, no reason why you can't get back to back promotions. Saying that, if any great offers come along you can still leave.

	25 and Still Jobless – 2013-14 Season – One Last Match With the contract that they were offering me giving me a pay rise of £115 per week, something that most people could only dream of, I accepted after a word with my advisors. The chairman was understandably delighted that I had accepted to stay on for another year, as were the players. However, there was still one thing that was on my mind for this month, something that could wrap up this season to make it perfect and something that would make sure we went up in style. The FA Trophy, we were in the final against a Hereford side that we failed to beat at all this season, something that frustrated me. However, Hereford was beaten in their playoffs game by Stockport County, ruling them out for promotion, which would have no doubt caused a massive dent to their confidence. This was a cup final that neither team had been in before, so it was a great occasion for everyone in the team. In the match itself, we managed to come back from 1-0 down to win 2-1 on the day to secure the league and cup double. This led to great celebrations with both the fans and the backroom staff. Sean Welsh's name was to forever go down in Gateshead history as the man who scored the winning goal in the final. The official news article. The fans would forever love me for what I have achieved at this club. The board were just as happy with me and declared that they wanted me to concentrate on the future ahead. In fact, my achievements have made me so loved, I am now officially in the fan favorites list at the club. A place that I would forever want to stay. What is my next challenge after achieving this you might ask? Building on this success and going through the leagues until I get to a major club who I will win the top division of whatever country I am in. There is one thing that I know, and that is I am capable of achieving it. 	25 and Still Jobless – 2014-15 Season – Promotion Odds As I waited for the announcement to come out, I was slightly nervous, at times rocking on the back of my heels as he watched the television, waited for my phone to go off, waited for an email to come through, I pondered on the award I had been given last season. The Blue Square Premier Manager of the Year award. Yes, I had been awarded this prestige award (in my eyes) and people had been congratulating me on this achievement. Even my successor at Bath City, Wilmer Cabrera, who I admittedly did not have the best of relationships with at times, gave me his congratulations on what had happened. The moment that my name was announced at a little dinner that we were having, I was given pats on the back from some of the people there, they knew that I wouldn't be there next year if I could help it and were making the time that they had left count. It was sad to be leaving this league behind me, I must admit that much. Almost three years of being in this league had made me grow to like it, especially when I was winning. Plus there was the FA Trophy that I had taken with me as well, the league and cup double, perhaps we were one of the very team to have and will ever achieve such a feat in the lower leagues. It was at that moment that my phone went off and I answered it easily. "Talk to me." "James! You're not going to believe what's the Sky Bet has been predicting in the promotion odds!" It was my assistant, Terry Mitchell. "I won't know until you tell me, Terry." I was more amused then anything else, I had grown close thanks to our time at Gateshead and our success. "We've been given the odds of 12-1!" Terry announced, causing my jaw to drop in sheer surprise. "Are you serious?" I demanded. How could I have seen this coming? I was expecting to struggle this season, hell the media predicted that we would finish bottom of the table for crying out loud! "I'll send you the image now!" Terry told me, before the call was ended. Seconds later, I received and email and I instantly opened it to see what I had been told was true. It was true, Sky Bet actually gave us the odds of 12-1! What an earth? Did they consider my talents to be that impressive? I wonder how many people are going to put bets on us after seeing those figures? I've got my beloved Gillingham in the league with me this season, after they failed to won in the playoffs last season in a failed bid to go straight back up to League 1. Was I really ready to do this?
