Don't people realize how high of a PA -10 potentially gives you?! NO youngster should be -10, because that is a guaranteed superstar essentially.

I think Thiago Alcantara will move to a 170+PA.

And they need to make the CA of some high PA players higher. Like Bouy, he's near impossible to make a star because his CA starts so low.

Agree with most of this, really.

Rondon, by the by, is a player that I've rated highly in my data updates for a few years now because the researchers clearly don't like his style of play and nerf him on patches and Fierro has the mark of something special about him.

As for some South American talent to keep an eye on:

Lucas Ocampos (Argentina/River)
Juan Cruz Mascia (Uruguay/Miramar)
Angelo Henriquez (Chile/U. de Chile)
Andy Polo (Peru/Universitario)
Jose Francisco Cevallos (Ecuador/LDU Quito)

Most of you likely know Adryan already and he is likely the best of the lot but I wouldn't be surprised to see Ocampos and Henriquez pull down -9s as well with Mascia, Polo and Cevallos all being highly rated as well.

I doubt it. Logistically, who could be a -10? A little biased but if its forced, Thiago Alcantara is all I can think of.

Since Neymar, Ganso, etc. all on fixed PAs.
