I don't think it is possible. After all, it was a demo and demos aren't always like the final version of the game. -------------------

You've got it all wrong. If you complete the game 100% on all 4 files, all cars will be unlocked, even the bonus cars. -------------------

You still can play as the monster truck, even without 100% in all files. You just have to play it on level two. Worked for me and I have 84%. | |

You don't need to complete the game on all 4 files. You just need it completed on 1 file then go to main menu or in-game options menu, hold L1 + R1 and press O,X,O,X | |
