Draw a donut!
Here's a cool one, get any car and go to a relatively open space(The Power Plant Car Park in Level 1 is ideal) and hold O, R1 and press the analog stick left or right.

Your car will reverse and spin around in a circle, thus drawing a donut with tire marks!!!!

reversing back to get a run up when bein chased by police and them missin me, hittin wall and blowing up. also using horn juump cheat jumpin up in air and two crashin into each other and explodin well cool.

On level 3 (the level when your lisa) after you finshed misson 3 (I think(its callled clueless)at the end by the springfield sign milhouse is standing by the cliff- lol you can knock him off the cliff and watch him 'climb' back up lol and then kknock him down again

Oh yeah, I've done that before, too!

Turning on the super-fast speed+acceleration cheat, then going to first level, picking up the Rocket-Car from the Gold House, then jumping over the Tire Fire with it and full speed! It really is ridiculous, the fastest car with the super-fast cheat, on the best jump in the game!

I kick ppl into the street and when they try to come back they might get run over by cars.

Yeah, I love getting them run over!
It's a shame they're invincible.

one time , when the police were after me (on the game) , i got away from them backwards! , i was reverse driving lol.

i managed to use the jump cheat to go through the river on level 1 and drive underneath the world and away from the level.
