	I've just been talking to you about this over PSN, but i'll reiterate. Yeah, i'm definitely going for the platinum, but i'll take my time with it. Its a game I know for sure that i'll never trade in, so theres no rush. I'll probably platinum it within a year or so.....I expect the hardest trophy will be the 'Complete all VR and Alternative Missions' one. Some of those VR missions are absolute madness in terms of difficulty.

	Took me about 6 hours to 100% Raiden (VR and Alternate) and I still have 2 more Raiden skins to complete as well. Nevermind Snake's VR missions which are essentially advanced mode in each and every way. Forget about coming in first place, I'd settle for third place in a lot of the challenges. -------------------

	Beating Extreme also has me a bit concerned. There are only 2 rations to be found throughout the entire game. 25 Metal Gear Rays to destroy and I imagine Solidus will be a nightmare on Extreme (i hate using that sword). Heck, I might not even get through the scene where Solidus strangles you. Oh wow, I remember playing this back in the day on PS2. Extreme was pretty ridiculous. I honestly don't know how I beat it. I do admit though, even my older brother couldn't button mash hard enough to survive Solidus strangling you, so I did cheat with an auto-fire controller. Even after that, the fight against a seemingly endless number of Metal Gear Rays was painful; I believe it took me a looooooong time to beat that, even in one go. ...not to mention Fatman and the Harrier. Two bombs with 10 second timers needing to be frozen while you are avoiding being shot? Jesus Christ. I was surprised whe she absolutely annihilated me. I can't remember exactly why she's so hard but I do remer that instead of firing one shot at a time she fires at least twice. I don't recall Harrier being all that hard to ither boss fights. Maybe because it's my favourite boss fight. ------------------- Life is a privilege and you don't deserve it!

	Theres also a parcel room glitch that may stop people getting the platinum. On Hard and Extreme difficulty you have to defuse a bomb in the parcel room but apparently, sometimes the boxes on the conveyor belt don't spawn, resulting in you being unable to progress any further. It supposed to only happen on PAL versions so I hope I don't come across it. Theres quite a large thread about it over at Gamefaqs.

	Yeah I've been reading about that too. So far I've played on Very Easy, Easy and Normal and there have been boxes on the conveyor. Hopefully I don't come across that glitch. From what I heard Konami are working on a patch.
