Should i get MH3U or MH4??

It depends on if you've played MH3 or MHP3. If you have, get MH4 since it will be a totally new game.
If you haven't, you should get MH3U since it's an amazing game even though it 's basically MH3 and MHP3 combined (with a few more monsters and subspecies added).

I own MH2G, MH3, MHP3, MH3G and have played over 500 hours on each. So, trust me. lol

Well if you want 4 then you won't even be getting it in english, that's not happening for a while. Still no confirmed launch date for it outside of japan, which is in december. And to play any of the japanese versions you'd have to get a hold of a japanese 3DS.

Haven't lost hope? I'm just saying it's not gonna launch out of japan til 6 months after 3U at best.

Well i'm personally going with 3U at the moment, but mostly because it's on the Wii U. I got the demo for both the 3DS and the Wii U and I think I like it better on the Wii U
