It's only one of the most popular Japanese RPG franchises in the world, yet Dragon Quest X has remained a Japanese exclusive for almost a year now. Its boggles the mind. Still, at least Square Enix is making up ground in other ways. The once Wii and Wii U exclusive MMO has now been announced for PC, to be released in Japan on September 26. N
Needless to say, sales on the Wii U were disappointing as a result of low Wii U sales everywhere. Maybe a PC release exactly what the game needs to boost itself back up to the popularity it needs. Or at least it'll boost it up to a level where they don't write it off as a wash and finally release it over seas. I think Dragon Quest X deserves at least that much. I think we deserve at least that much!
Dragon Quest X is a subscription-based MMO released on the Wii in August 2012 and then on Wii U in March earlier this year. The PC version will be released September 26 and remember -- it's all Japan exclusive.
